Contact form. Name, email address and message, used solely to reply to your request. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form. Retention: 12 months after the last exchange.

Anti-bot protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data (IP address, browser characteristics) to tell visitors from bots. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in preventing spam.

Audience measurement. The Site uses Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool with no cookies and no personal identifier: IP addresses are not stored and no data is shared with third parties. This measurement is exempt from consent under the French CNIL guidelines.

Courses area (when active). Account creation (first name, last name, email, hashed password, two-factor authentication secret), purchase history and course progress. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: lifetime of the account, then 5 years for purchase records (legal obligation). Payments are processed by Stripe; no banking data is stored by the Site.

Technical logs. The server records logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) needed for the security and proper operation of the Site, kept for at most 12 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

• Mailjet (France, Sinch group) — delivery of contact-form and account emails.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — Turnstile anti-bot protection; transfers outside the European Union are governed by standard contractual clauses.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — course payments, when the area is active.

No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

The Site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies may be used: the Courses area session cookie (login) and display preferences. They do not require consent.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, access to the Courses area is protected by two-factor authentication and purchased content is served through signed, time-limited links.
